From my yesterday’s list, only
$OMEX closed on red but price action suggested a buy at this level. So just sit
and wait for the breakout tomorrow. CENX, FRO, OMEX and SVU still on watch for potential
short squeeze. Below is my watch list for Wednesday:
PDL BioPharma Inc. (PDLI)
Solid base for months and keep
making higher lows. I like this as long as it stays above $6.50 level.
Santarus, Inc. (SNTS)
Might have another leg tomorrow
towards $7. Watch for weak open then r/g action for long and if this gap then
use THIS
gap technique to get entry on breakout or breakdown.
Genie Energy Ltd. (GNE)
Hammer time!

Textbook short squeeze coming soon.

Closed above $3.30 and running into
close on intraday. Short might get panic tomorrow. Ideal entry would be a
breakout of $3.40 then it’s a clear sky to $4.
