Good day in chat again on Friday. We need Jason back in chat so we can make some $$$. Great alert on BPAX and FFN, and then I flipped CBRX into close for small gain. Need to have some patience on stock like BPAX and FFN. I have seen that kind of patterns so many times and knew that it was a good buy but I played them like a chicken. This might be because of my loss on Tuesday still haunting me down! So my short-term goal is to take small gains each day and hope I can get back on track after this month. Here is my watch list for Monday, July 11th:
Siga Resources, Inc. (SGAE.OB)
Yes, first OTCBB stock in a while. Up-ticking on air + increase in volume. Some block trades @$1.60 on Friday. Volume still very light, but chart looks great. First target $2.00, then $2.25.
FriendFinder Newworks Inc.(FFN) & Jiayuan.com International Ltd. (DATE)
Up on Motley Fool article that mentioned Jiayuan.com International Ltd. (DATE) along with FriendFinder Networks Inc. (FFN). DATE and FFN are on the same sector and went public on the same date. The article suggested that DATE is the one worth owning, so on Monday I will be looking at DATE if it starts running on this article. Sometimes there is a lag time between the news and the price action. So if DATE starts bouncing then we probably looking at mid 12s.
I don’t think FFN will keep going at this rate unless they come up with some kind of promo. Risk/reward is not there but I will be looking at pull back on Monday, wait for it to find support around mid-day @above $4.00 which is a mental support. Then if it starts gearing/perking late afternoon, I might consider buying some and hold for Tuesday run-up.
Adolor Copr. (ADLR)
Two rounding bottom pattern within a month. The last time this thing dropped to form rounding bottom was when RSI and Wm%R hit overbought at the same time, and now it is doing it again. Average volume for 3months is only 150k and now it’s on 1mil. So volume needs to keep up for this to keep surging. I will try to reserve some shares to short into parabolic action because I think this might be the top here. However, if this pulls and finds support, then start gearing r/g = buy signal. If it works against me then I will cut my loss quickly! (Quicker than Jimmy John’s!)
Local.com Corporation (LOCM)
Great call by Jason @$3.33. It hit high of $4.18 with in a week and many people in chat banked! However, the end of this run might be around the corner. LOCM is set to report its fiscal second-quarter result on July 25 with an estimate loss of 12cents a share on revenue of $17.1 million. As we knew that stocks can sell off on either good or bad earnings, so definitely not a good idea holding on through it. Rule #2 taking profit along the way!
Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANX)
Nice chart and momentum is building. Yes, it is overbought but it has been overbought for the pass 3 weeks. Should see some pull back on Monday due to profit taking. It has earnings call scheduled for Tuesday, July 26. So this might be a good buy around $3.40s range and selling into run-up.
Oxigene, Inc. (OXGN)
Keep trending down but momentum is building up here. Worth watching if this thing turnaround and gives us big green candle. This will confirm with price action + surge in volume, otherwise Zzzz.
SPU
Potential short. Will be looking for secondary squeeze and weakness before getting in. This one definitely have potential to drop big, but also can keep inching for a while. So, be careful of getting in too early and cut loss quickly if it works against you.
